This figure is Le Cemier or possibly Poste Militaire I cannot say for sure.
They are Kit set that have been purchased as ready made (I think)
Some of the pieces may come off intransit please be aware of this. It could be arm head or smaller piece as they are all manufactured seperately and depends upon the glue used by maker as to the strength of the figure.
